We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. The following Privacy Policy explains how StoneX Group Inc. collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information. This includes information we collect through, or in association with, our websites, our products and services that we may offer from time to time via our website, or otherwise through your interactions with us (the website, products, and services, collectively, the "Services"). Collection of Personal Information

We collect your personal information directly from you and automatically or indirectly from you as a result of your relationship with us or use of and access to our Services (for example, through logging and analytics tools). We may use the information collected from you to verify your identity and establish and maintain your account, among other reasons. This information also helps us improve our Services to you, customize your browsing experience, and inform you about additional products, services, or promotions that may be of interest to you.

You directly provide us with the majority of information we collect. This information includes your contact details, such as name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We may also collect additional information such as personal identification data we are required by law to collect, information required to assess your experience and risk tolerance, and demographic information. Some of the above processing involves sharing collected personal information with third parties, including service providers, affiliates, and other outside organizations.

We may share information with our affiliates for the above purposes.

We may share information with third-party service providers and outside organizations that provide services to us and/or directly to you, including web hosting and analytics providers, customer service, communications services, commercial mail and email marketing providers, and security consultants. These third-party service providers and outside organizations provide us and/or our affiliates and partners with information about the use of the Services and levels of engagement with the Services, to allow us to enter into new business relationships, and to allow us to market our products or services.

If you wish to opt out by sending us an email to the address provided below, please include "Opt-Out" in the email's subject line and include your name and the email address you used to sign up for communications in the body of the email.
    • Note that if you do business with us in the future, you may not, subject to applicable law, opt out of certain automated notifications, such as order or subscription confirmations, based on business transactions (e.g., e-commerce).
  • Cookies, Web Tracking, and Advertising.   • Analytics. If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics, you can download and install an opt-out browser add-on for certain browsers at the link listed above.
  • Advertising. Certain devices and browsers allow you to reset your advertising identifier at any time by accessing the privacy settings on your device in order to restrict the delivery of tailored in-application advertisements. Consult your device's documentation for more information about how to do this.

Other Important Information

  • Collection of Personal Information from Children. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Third-party Websites and Services. As a convenience, we may reference or provide links to third-party websites and services, including those of unaffiliated third parties, our affiliates, service providers, and third parties with which we do business. When you access these third-party services, you leave our Services, and we are not responsible for, and do not control, the content, security, or privacy practices employed by any third-party websites and services. You access these third-party services at your own risk. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party services; please refer to the privacy notices or policies for such third-party services for information about how they collect, use, and process personal information.
  • Business Transfer. We may, in the future, sell or otherwise transfer some or all of our business, operations or assets to a third party, whether by merger, acquisition or otherwise. Personal information we obtain from or about you via the Services may be disclosed to any potential or actual third-party acquirers and may be among those assets transferred.
  • Do Not Track. We use analytics systems and providers and participate in ad networks that process personal information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services, and these systems and providers may provide some of this information to us. We do not currently process or comply with any web browser's "do not track" signal or similar mechanisms.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, and/or update this Privacy Policy, and any such modifications, alterations, or updates will be effective upon our posting of the revised Privacy Policy. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you in the event material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, such as by posting a notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services following our posting of any revised Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgement of the amended Privacy Policy.
